TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

Free shipping within Canada on orders over $85 (Before tax).
Payment with Canadian credit card : VISA or MasterCard only.
We DO NOT accept Debit Card, nor Prepaid Gift Card of any type.

A standard shipping rate will apply on an order under $85 (Before tax), and will be shown at Check-Out.

Deliveries take 5 to 10 business days, subject to the destinations via Canada Post or other courier services.

LOFCO Canada Inc. shall not be held liable for any shipping delay once the order has been delivered to a third-party courier service.

LOFCO Canada Inc. will not be held responsible for packages delivered to a wrong address which was provided by a customer on an order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. To reship an order after it has been returned to us, the customer needs to bear the shipping cost incurred. If the customer decided to cancel the order, refund may apply, less the shipping cost on the initial shipment to an address in error.

An order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been shipped. In any case, the shipping cost of an order will be deducted from the refund amount, if any.

LOFCO Canada Inc. will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that customers reported missing or damaged, if the courier has proof of delivery in good order.

Sebamed products are available in selected pharmacies, and health & beauty shops mainly in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the Greater Vancouver Area (GVA). Consumers from the GTA and GVA who wish to visit those retailers may send an email to info@sebamed.ca with the name of city and the major intersection of your location. We will direct you to the nearest retailer(s) where Sebamed products are available.

Returns Policy :

• Any return request must be made via info@sebamed.ca within 30 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued upon approval.
• LOFCO Canada Inc. strives to have your order well packed and protected for transportations. If damages on any item(s) upon receipt, please email to info@sebamed.ca within 48 hours to obtain a return shipping label.
• Sebamed.ca is unable to offer exchanges of merchandise online.
• Opened and/or used products shall not be accepted for return due to hygienic and health protection reasons.
• NO return of product will be accepted by LOFCO Canada Inc. unless it is damaged in transportation.
• Any return of an order must include all product(s) in original packaging and other components, i.e. free gifts and free samples in the shipment.
• Authorized refund of your purchase, less the original shipping charges if any, will only be made to the original form of payment.
• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on all returns, unless due to an error we made on their orders.
• Customers shall be responsible for all risks linked to the returning of order(s) or product(s).
• LOFCO Canada Inc. will not accept any returns if products are not purchased from sebamed.ca
• Final Sale on all Clearance items with no returns/refunds accepted.
